1. Delivery Policy
Sirair offers nationwide delivery within South Africa through approved courier and freight service providers. Delivery may also be undertaken by Sirair in selected metropolitan areas. Please confirm delivery eligibility with Sirair prior to placing your order.
Where installation services are purchased from Sirair, the Sirair Installer will collect the product from the nearest Sirair branch and deliver it to the installation site as part of the installation process.
Estimated delivery times are 3 to 7 working days, depending on the delivery destination. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and exclude weekends, public holidays, and the annual shutdown period between 21 December and 2 January. While Sirair will make every reasonable effort to meet estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that a responsible adult is available at the delivery address to receive and inspect the goods. Valid photo identification may be requested upon delivery.
Prior to signing the delivery note, the customer must carefully inspect the goods for any visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies. By signing the delivery note as “Received in Good Order” or similar wording, the customer acknowledges that the goods were received in an acceptable condition and that the correct products and quantities were delivered. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon acceptance of delivery.
If the packaging or product shows visible signs of damage, the customer must refuse delivery and immediately notify Sirair. Sirair shall not be liable for damage occurring after delivery has been accepted or for damage caused by third-party courier or freight companies once the goods have been handed over to the carrier.
Sirair does not deliver to PO Box addresses.
2. Return and Exchange Policy
2.1 Exchange Conditions
Products may be considered for exchange only where all of the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- All labels, seals, strapping, manuals, accessories, and components remain intact and are included.
- The exchange request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the delivery or collection date.
- The product is returned to Sirair's Midrand branch only. No other Sirair branch is authorised to accept returns or exchanges.
- The customer is responsible for all transport and delivery costs associated with the return.
No administration fee will be charged for exchange requests submitted within the 7-day period, provided all exchange conditions have been met.
Approval of all exchanges remains at the sole discretion of Sirair following inspection of the returned product.
Products purchased on promotion, clearance, or special offer are not eligible for exchange unless the product is defective or otherwise required by applicable law.
2.2 Return Conditions
Returns will only be considered where:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, labels, seals, strapping, manuals, and accessories accompany the product.
- The return request is submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery or collection.
- The product is returned to Sirair's Midrand branch only at the customer's expense.
No returns will be accepted for:
- Spare parts;
- Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs);
- Electrical components supplied separately; or
- Any product that has been installed, used, modified, or damaged after delivery.
Where an installation is cancelled after a technician has been dispatched, the applicable call-out fee will be charged.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved by Sirair. A 10% handling fee will be applicable for refunds.
Bank processing times remain outside Sirair's control and may result in additional delays.
