Delivery Policy

We offer nationwide and cross-border delivery using our trusted couriers and reliable freight companies. Additionally, we provide delivery services ourselves in selected metro areas. Some products qualify for free delivery; please confirm with Sirair before placing your order. In many instances, your product will be delivered during installation, with the installer likely picking up your product free of charge from one of our branches.

Our estimated Shipping Terms range from 3 to 7 days, depending on the location within South Africa. Please note that this timeframe excludes weekends, public holidays, and the period between December 21st and January 2nd. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to accept delivery. Prior to signing the delivery docket, thoroughly inspect the goods for any damage. The signed delivery docket acknowledges receipt of the goods in good order, and this information should match the system delivered. If the delivery docket is signed as received “in Good Order or Condition,” the liability for damages passes to the consignee. Photo ID must be shown upon accepting goods.

If there is a clear indication of harm to your delivered equipment or any obvious evidence of damage, do not accept the delivery and refrain from signing the delivery docket. We are not liable for damages caused by second or third-party courier companies.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to a PO Box as we require ID and a copy of the online receipt upon delivery.

Yes, someone must be available to accept delivery, as we require a signature as proof of receipt. We recommend having an additional person at the delivery address to assist with placing items inside your house, as our carriers provide a door-to-door service.

Return Policy

Exchange Conditions
  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with labels, strapping and seals intact.
  • All parts and accessories must be included.

Delivery for buyers account. All goods must be returned to Midrand store only. No other stores will accept returns.

  • Exchange request must be logged within 7 days of delivery or collection.
  • No admin fee will apply for exchanges logged within 7 days.
  • Sirair reserves the right to approve exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
  • Products on special are non-returnable to avoid deal duplication.
Return Conditions
  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition with all labels, straps and accessories included.
  • Returns must be logged within 7 days.
  • Returns to our Midrand store only at buyers cost.
  • Installation cancellations after technician dispatch will be charged at standard call-out rates.
  • De-installations are the customer’s responsibility, or Sirair rates apply.
  • No returns accepted on made-to-order items (e.g. Commercial AC units, Cold Rooms).
  • No returns accepted for spares, including PC boards.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and issued within 14 working days after product return and confirmation. Bank transfer lead times apply.

Preparing Products for Return

To ensure a fast return process:

  • De-install and securely package the item.
  • Clearly label your return reference number on the parcel.
  • Include all accessories and parts.
